Autumn Abundance...Where did summer go?

Well it's mid October...While I had a very full summer, both in play and in work, I can't believe I'm already pulling out my scarves, knitted hats, and rainboots

Happy Holidays Portland

We've been busy little elves.  

Making and cutting and making some more.

Fresh made wreaths, hand selected cut trees, and garlands.  

A myriad of cool textural winter greens.

Lots of bright amaryllis, sweet paperwhite bulbs, 

living ornaments, and cyclamen.

We'll be taking wreath orders until the 20th.  
And we'll be delivering holiday cheer thru the 23rd.

Our holiday hours will be 

11pm -7pm 12/20, 21, 22, 23   

11-4 Christmas eve 12/24

 there has been an abundance of  luscious greenery and I've been taking full advantage of the textures ;)

vacation time

Well it's the middle of August, can you believe it?  I just completed one of the busiest wedding weekends I've ever had the pleasure of taking on.  Four unique, fabulously sweet couples, and some rad mothers of the brides.

Thank the heavens for my fantastic team of helpers, YOU ROCKed it!

And now it is that time again for a bit of R&R.  The shop will be closed Thursday August 15 until Tuesday August 20th.

good things come in threes

This past weekend we had the pleasure of working with three lovely couples on their wedding flowers.

Here are a few snippets

Oh boy so much going on.

... WE ARE MOVING!, yup it's true.  The shop is being relocated just a couple blocks south.  We are moving in with Flutter, a shop filled with vintage goodies, local jewelry, books, and "A delightful disarray of found objects and clutter".  Sad to leave our cozy lil' shop but excited for things to come. Deciding to move was a hard decision and we hope that our regulars won't mind coming on down to get their flower fix.  Hope to be all moved in on April 25th.
It will be a whole new adventure...hopefully just one big jaunty party.
